Laserlite Multiwall Polycarbonate Roofing

Most commercial structures today require all-purpose roofing that can transmit natural light, ward off the heat and offer other properties such as fire-resistance. This is particularly true for commercial and industrial facilities located in bushfire-prone areas. Laserlite Multiwall polycarbonate roofing provides a comprehensive solution that offers all this and more.

Polycarbonate Sheeting

This particular variety of polycarbonate comes with an exceptional degree of flexibility which makes it incredibly easy to install.

The light-weight profile also allows polycarbonate sheets to be lifted to heights with ease and minimal expense.

Laserlite polycarbonate roofing is available in translucent colours as well as non-translucent shades. When installed in a translucent colour, it offers superior light transmission.

At the same time, dual UV protection layer on both sides of the polycarbonate sheets make Laserlite absolutely UV-resistant.

This means that by installing Laserlite, you can enjoy both natural illumination and healthier UV-free environment.

Laserlite also has proven heat-resistant capabilities. It serves as an insulation barrier between the interior and exterior environments.

In summers, Laserlite roofing blocks out the heat and lets you conserve energy by minimizing the load on air conditioning.

In winters, it accomplishes the same by preventing the heat from escaping the interior.

Although light in weight, Laserlite’s flexible properties and high impact resistance also makes it very suitable for high wind load areas. It is perfectly suitable for large-scale roofing at stadiums, retail locations, manufacturing facilities, industrial units and other commercial structures.

FS-Firecheck

The FS FireCheck comprises an intumescent impregnated glass tissue which is manufactured within the Ampelite sheeting. The chemicals are halogen-free meaning they are nontoxic. The simplicity of the approach to using the tissue and locating it at the surface of the sheet results in no loss of strength or stiffness within the composite section.

Clearslide

The patented ClearSlide fixing clips provide many advantages over normal installation procedures and also allow the combination of metal roll form decking and fibreglass skylighting over long lengths. No longer are two very different materials screwed together in the hope that they will interact, without water ingress, or cause buckling (ocean waving) of the fibreglass
